Shipping/Returns Policy

Continental US Shipping:

  • All Continental US orders are processed, shipped & delivered within 3-5 business days from the original order date, minus holidays and weekends. Custom made to order items average delivery 7-10 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
  • All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on holiday/weekends will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping:

  • All International orders are processed, shipped & delivered within 10-15 business days from the original order date, minus holidays and weekends.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information . All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on holiday/weekends will be processed the following business day.

Returns/Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed based on DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY, and will be received upon receipt of damaged merchandise.
  • Customer has the option of a full refund to the original payment method, or via store credit.
  • Refunds and Returns require notification of the error/issue within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order delivery date. 
  • Upon notification of damaged/incorrect items, a return shipping label will be provided to the email address from your original order. 
  • Product must show shipped within 48 hours of receiving the prepaid returned shipping label.
